Profiles of Faculty, Staff and Students

• The website should only feature current Faculty, Staff, and Students.

• Retired faculty members are not to be included on the website.

• Emeritus faculty can be included on the main people page with links to their LinkedIn, lab, etc. However, they should not have individual profiles on the website.

Alumni Profiles

Alumni profiles should not appear on College of Medicine websites. People pages are for current faculty, staff, and learners to keep information accurate and maintainable.

If a department/program has a compelling need to reference alumni, limit any listing to the most recent three to five years and do not build an archive. If included, keep each entry minimal: name, degree and class year, and a brief one-line descriptor (e.g., current role or affiliation). Do not include full biographies, CVs, publication lists, or extended narratives.
