Phone & Fax Number Formatting

Phone and Fax numbers should follow the [phone] format to keep it consistent with the UIC standards.

Do not use any other formatting such as:

• 555-555-5555

• 1-555-555-5555

The phone and fax labels should be spelled out such as:

• Phone:

• Fax:

• Toll-Free:

Do not use T, P, F abbreviations.
